Dr. Holly English, Assistant Principal

Biography

My name is Holly English. I feel honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Topper Academy and the Virtual Learning Program for Johnson City Schools. Prior to this position, I served as a school counselor at Science Hill High School for 5 years and a school-based therapist for Liberty Bell Middle School.

I have a deep passion for understanding our students and meeting any needs they have. We have a team of individuals at Topper Academy that work day in and day out at meeting our students' needs as well as their families. 

When I'm not at work, I am outside in nature hiking, spending time with our farm dogs and goats, and like to practice yoga. I have a deep love for my family and I feel devoted to my students at TA. 

Education: Undergraduate degree in Sociology from Milligan College, Master of Clinical Mental Health, Master of School Counseling, and Doctor of Educational Leadership from Milligan University.
