Step 3: Schedule 4-Year Plan Meeting

Class registration is not complete until you have attended a 4-year plan meeting. 4-year plan meetings consist of the student, a parent/guardian, and an advisor discussing high school graduation requirements and selecting 9th grade classes. ITMS and LBMS students must bring their Chromebook to the meeting.

Sign-ups for the 4-year plan meetings will be sent to Indian Trail and Liberty Bell 8th-grade parents through ParentSquare. If you haven't registered your ParentSquare account, go to www.parentsquare.com and sign up using your email or phone number.

Dates for 4-year plan nights are listed below. Meetings are available every 30 minutes. Location is Science Hill's Career Technical Education (CTE) building at 251 Cotty Jones Lane, Johnson City, TN 37604.

To schedule a 4-year plan meeting for students who are not currently attending Indian Trail Middle School or Liberty Bell Middle School, email McKayla Collie at colliem@jcschools.org or call 423-232-2190. Please note that this meeting does not enroll your student in Science Hill High School. Parents must complete the online enrollment process for the 2026-27 school year once open enrollment begins.
